Refund & Program Policies

14+ days before start: refund minus 10% fee
10 days before start: 50% refund
Within 72 hours or after start: no refunds

No refunds or credits for missed classes, weather cancellations, or coaching changes.
Lessons are considered fulfilled once 50% or more is completed.
Coach assignments may change. Makeup classes are not guaranteed.
