Registration

Registration is required prior to participation in all Advantage YOU programs. Space in programs is limited and spots are confirmed only after registration and payment are completed.

Cancellations and Refunds

Program registrations are refundable up to 48 hours before the first scheduled session unless otherwise noted. Once a program has started, refunds are not available. In certain cases, credit toward a future program may be offered at the discretion of Advantage YOU.

Weather Policy

Outdoor programs may occasionally be affected by weather conditions. When possible, sessions will continue in light rain or cooler temperatures. If a session must be cancelled due to unsafe weather or court conditions, participants will be notified and a make up session may be scheduled when feasible.

Missed Classes

Because programs operate with limited court space and structured group sizes, missed classes are generally not eligible for make ups. We encourage players to attend all scheduled sessions whenever possible.

Player Conduct

Advantage YOU is committed to creating a positive and supportive environment for all participants.

Players are expected to demonstrate respectful behavior toward coaches, staff, and fellow players.

Disruptive behavior may result in removal from a program.

Liability

Participation in tennis and pickleball programs involves physical activity and inherent risk. By registering for Advantage YOU programs, participants acknowledge and accept these risks.

Photography

From time to time, Advantage YOU may take photos during programs to share highlights of our tennis community through our website, social media, or marketing materials. If you prefer that your child not appear in photos, please notify us in writing at hello@advantageyou.org and we will make every effort to honor your request.
