Summer Training Program
7-Week Session | 1–2 Days Per Week
The Summer Training Program is designed for players who want to continue building skills and confidence throughout the summer.
Sessions meet once or twice per week and follow a clear progression model that builds toward long-term improvement. Players receive focused instruction, structured drilling, and guided match play to maintain momentum during the summer months.
We strongly recommend two training days per week for players seeking meaningful improvement. In our experience, consistent twice weekly training allows players to retain skills, build momentum, and develop greater confidence in match play. Athletes who train two days per week and participate in Junior Team Tennis typically progress more quickly and feel more prepared during competition.
