Advantage YOU Performance is designed for players who are committed to improving their game and competing in tournaments. Athletes in this program train with purpose, demonstrate strong work habits, and approach practice with a competitive mindset.
Players typically compete in local, sectional, or national tournaments and are motivated to continue developing their technical skills, match awareness, and mental toughness.
Our coaching staff works closely with each athlete to ensure they are training in the environment that best supports their current competitive level while continuing to challenge their long-term development.
How Performance Training Is Structured
Training sessions are structured to balance technical development, tactical understanding, and competitive play.
Players train in small player-to-court ratios to ensure individual attention and meaningful repetitions. Sessions are led by Advantage YOU coaching staff and focus on developing the habits and decision-making skills required for tournament success.
Key areas of development include:
• Technical development
• Ball recognition & decision making
• Point construction
• Movement & court positioning
• Mental focus & resilience
Training environments are designed to challenge players while building the confidence needed to perform under competitive pressure.
Player Development Pathway
Advantage YOU Performance operates within a structured training system where players are grouped based on current competitive level and development needs.
Placement is determined using UTR ratings, recent tournament results, and coach evaluation. Players are reviewed regularly to ensure they continue training in the most appropriate environment.
As players improve and gain competitive experience, they may move between training groups to match their development and performance.
Our long-term goal is to help players build the skills, habits, and confidence needed to compete successfully at higher levels of tournament play.
