POLICY

Advantage YOU – Refund & Program Policy

We understand that schedules change. These policies help us run programs smoothly while being fair to all players

Refunds

· 14 or more days before the session start date: A refund will be issued minus a 10% fee, which covers credit card processing, refund

processing, and a $10 administrative fee.

· 10 days before the session start date: A 50% refund will be issued.

· Within 72 hours of the start date or after the session begins: No refunds will be issued.

In-Progress Lesson

If less than 50% of a lesson is completed, the remaining time will be rescheduled. If 50% or more is completed, the session is considered fulfilled.

Weather Cancellations

Any class canceled due to weather will be rescheduled on a designated makeup day. No refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations.

Coaching Assignments

While we aim to keep coaching consistent, assignments may change as needed. All coaches are experienced and follow our program standards.

Missed Classes Policy
We do not offer refunds for missed classes, coaching changes, or personal scheduling conflicts. Makeup classes may be offered on occasion when space is available within the same session and group. Requests must be made in advance, and makeups are not guaranteed.
